Inter Cargo Service was formed in early 1987 by Europe Aéro Service, Touraine Air
Transport - TAT and Air Inter to operate scheduled cargo flights between Paris,
Montpelier and Toulouse, and to North Africa. Two Vickers Vanguards were provided
by Europe Aéro Service. Sadly both were to crash, having suffered engine failures on
take-off. A replacement aircraft was reported to have been leased from Air Bridge
Carriers after the first accident, but returned after a few weeks. The airline ceased
operations altogether shortly after the second accident.
